Dayboard lets you find out what your team is working on and help you focus on your most important tasks each day. The idea is to fill out a to do list for five tasks every morning. This forces us to think about what's actually important from the 30 or 40 things we could do. What's left is a list that (1) have the most impact on our progress and (2) shows us what we feel good about finishing. When used as a team, Dayboard helps capture what's going on in the company on a day-to-day basis. This lets us quickly see who's doing what, how long a task has been on someone's list, and lets us respond quickly to problems. You can follow team members that you work closely with so you'll always see what's important: regardless if we're overseeing a team of 10, or a part of a company of 200. Dayboard has two products: a mobile-friendly web app for teams and a Chrome extension that replaces your new tab page for individuals. Both products works standalone but syncs when used together.
