We provide a service to alert users when an unattended application/process fails. The founders are IT consultants and during their careers they have witnessed IT departments that don't monitor critical processes because off-the-shelf solutions can't, so we created a simple cloud based solution that enables monitoring anything on any platform. Deadman Heartbeat enables customers to be alerted in realtime when something fails, rather than waiting for a user to call the Helpdesk.
