LeafBikes designs and manufactures easy to use bicycle stands to improve security and convenience for bicycle commuters. The bicycle stand provides its own locking system to secure the bicycle to the stand. The owners only need to use their mobile phones to interact with the bicycle stand. A bike-sharing capability can also be implemented with this system to allow owners to share their bicycles with friends. The goal of LeafBikes is to encourage the use of bicycles as the main mode of transportation and to deter bicycle thefts and vandalism. Our customers will be university institutions and municipal governments to allow us to install our bicycle stands on their property. This will encourage the public to use bicycling as a more common mode of transportation.
