We created user friendly and innovative real estate website with database bigger than Realtor.ca (All MLS listings + New Construction) with lots of helpful features required to find your dream home. Crime and demographics maps, schools with service areas and ratings, daycares with inspection data, climate, transit, mortgage, Price Estimator tool, etc. This model gives us ability to intercept homebuyers on early stage while they are just searching for new home and not working with Realtors yet and convert them to clients. Website is 99% completed. We are interested in expanding and become nationwide brokerage with all MLS and New Construction listings in Canada. We have plan how to do this within this year without big investments.
