TikTok allows any vendor to upload an immediate offer (e.g.: free appetizer with any purchase between 2pm and 5pm) in order to drive traffic to their location. A fixed number of nearby users receive the offer to the free TikTok app on their smartphone. Deals are free to send within limits but if a vendor wants to add specifics (e.g.: send only to women, or only to tourists) then a small fee is charged per offer. Just show up, and show app!
