Wantering is a better way to search, discover, and shop online. The core of our technology platform is a map of the inventory of the web, so we know whatʼs for sale, how much it costs, and what size and colours are available. We then use over 100mm social signals from sites like Polyvore, Pinterest, Svpply, and Tumblr to bubble up the hottest items and find more natural ways to organize these products. Our search engine can handle more traditional queries like "red asos shirt" or "new balance sneakers under $150", as well as more esoteric searches like "shoes for a wedding" or "bohemian jewelry". This same technology platform also powers our editorial content, which now has over 700,000 followers and 10 million monthly views on Tumblr. We achieved these numbers by building a suite of publishing tools that allow an editorial team of 4 to manage 52 niche web properties and create beautiful content-rich posts in minutes instead of hours.
